Gracefully Accept When Things Don’t Go Your Way #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation

This Week’s Challenge:

Gracefully accept when things don’t go your way. #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation

~~~
Tomorrow night, 50% of us will be disappointed.
But let’s keep in mind how lucky we are to live in this great country.
We can disagree, but we are all still Americans, and we all have the right to our opinions and beliefs.
~~~

I may disagree with half the population, but I know we are all equally blessed and free.

Spend Time With Your Family, Get Back To Your Roots #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation

This Week’s Challenge:

Spend time with your family, get back to your roots. #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation

Last week, I went back home.

It had been too long.

While driving the rental car from one relative’s house to the next, I kept the radio off.

The silence was enlightening.

Spending time with my family was enlightening.

I started to feel grounded and loved.

I started to feel the real me coming back into myself.

I started to gain strength.

My family, though, not always close, is how and where I started.

They’ve known me the longest.

They’ve always been there… and that stability is something I’m longing for…

Be There For The People (or Pets) You Love–Make Sure They Know You Have Their Back #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation

If You Stay A Victim, You Have Given Up On You, And You Have Given Your Power To Your Victimizer–Know That You Are Way Too Strong To Be A Victim In Your Life! #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation

This Week’s Challenge:

If you stay a victim, you have given up on you, and you have given your power to your victimizer–know that you are way too strong to be a victim in your life! #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation

~~~
Life is a huge, amazing journey…
One bad experience or circumstance shouldn’t hold power over your whole, huge, amazing life!
If you allow that to happen and stay a victim, you limit who you are, and you limit your choices and love and purpose and relationships and passions… you limit your life.
This world wants and deserves the unlimited you! ❤❤❤
Communicate (Talk) Openly, Clearly, And Directly–It’s Good For Everyone Involved #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation
This Week’s Challenge:
Communicate (talk) openly, clearly, and directly–it’s good for everyone involved. #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation
I’m guilty of not being clear and direct.
Fear of not wanting to come across a certain way…
Fear of hurting the other person…
But I’m learning that being open, clear, and direct is truly the greatest gift we can give–to ourselves and others.
Happy Monday! 💙
Remember, You Can’t Change People, But You CAN Change Yourself #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation
This Week’s Challenge:
And it’s a tough one…
Remember, you can’t change people, but you CAN change yourself. #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation
Sometimes the change WE make is to stop fighting, stop talking in circles, stop wishing things were different… and gently walk away. 💔
