After a night drive in the mountains, I made it to camp… a yurt.
Things didn’t go as planned. I was afraid but made the most of it.
I’ve been sorting things out, life changes… I’m not sure if it’s a midlife crisis, but I’m still loving every second that I’m out on the road traveling America in my van.

Had a wonderful time exploring Kansas while traveling and car camping in my van… though being alone can be challenging at times.
I stayed at Wilson Lake and visited S. P. Dinsmoor and the Garden of Eden. And I (hopefully) saved a turtle, all while getting in my 10,000 steps. More Kansas exploring on next video.

Great trip to Minnesota to spend time with family and friends. I did some winter driveway car camping and stayed at Mystic Lake Casino for New Years… And we still have mystic fog.

My visit to Casa Bonita in Colorado, with a twist of South Park.
I love this place! I’ve been going since I was a kid, and now solo traveling in my van to Casa Bonita brings back so many memories.

While sightseeing on my road trip home, I visited Thorncrown Chapel, did some hiking by Lake Leatherwood, saw the world’s largest praying hands, and did some other “failed” exploring… Not really a failure, because I always enjoy the journey traveling in my van.

While in Illinois, I manage to get a quick morning workout in before visiting Ferne Clyffe State Park and Superman.
I do some hiking to get my steps, discover my new favorite thing, and I bought myself a green stone to remind me of Superman and the Fortress of Solitude.
I’m staying faithful to my roadtrip fitness and not being in a rush.
I’m still loving every second!

While in Florida, I explored beaches, state parks, and other tourist attractions. My pedometer stopped working, but I didn’t stop moving! 😊
