During moments of stress or when you are just feeling annoyed by everyone, go get a bottle of water or a big glass of water–it’s possible you’re dehydrated. 🙂 Easy fix!

I wanted to thank everybody for their support and encouragement… meant the world to me. ❤

I’m doing great and so happy I had the surgery. I already feel better. 🙂

A few days after surgery, I felt great and over did it. They tell you to take it easy for 2 weeks for a reason. LOL. I learned my lesson. 🙂

I’m on my second week of recovery, and I’m now taking the doctor’s orders very seriously. I do not want problems–I want to heal right the first time.

I’m slowly getting back to my life and I’m excited. I have big plans!

I will be away for several days because I’m having minor surgery next week. I’ve decided to unplug and focus on reading, writing and relaxing while I prepare and recover. I’m excited.

If I’m too bored, I’ll probably check in with my favorite blogs and bloggers. Yay! 🙂

I woke up early this morning and tried to go back to sleep. After tossing and turning for about fifteen minutes, I grabbed my cell phone to check messages and emails. To my surprise, I learned that my last novel, Traveling for Love: Searching for Self, Hoping for Love, was a finalist in the Beverly Hills Book Awards. Yay! I think I’ll be happy for awhile… maybe the rest of the year! 🙂
