After a change of plans, I hiked Hanging Lake and camped the National Forest in Colorado.
My road trip from Utah into Colorado was beautiful. My van needed some attention on the side of the road — loved the wide open space. I checked out a “ghost town,” then explored Colorado National Monument before trying to find a bison burger for a late lunch.
I changed my plans and found a great place to camp before heading back to Hanging Lake to hike and explore.
